Jump into a small group class!

Limited to 5-7 individuals for a safe and attentive experience.

Small Group Strength Training

Get the attention of personal training with the energy—and lower price point—of a group.

Our small group strength classes are intentionally kept small so your trainer can actually coach you. That means closely watching your form, teaching you how to perform lifts correctly, making adjustments when something doesn’t feel right, and modifying movements to meet you where you are.

Unlike a large group fitness class where it can be easy to get lost in the crowd, you’ll have a knowledgeable trainer paying attention to how you are moving throughout the workout.

Whether you’re newer to strength training, want to feel more confident with the big lifts, or simply want expert coaching without the cost of one-on-one personal training, this is a safe, supportive place to learn, get stronger, and work hard alongside others.

When?

Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 PM
Saturdays at 10:00 AM

That’s not to mention some of the amazing mental strength/clarity it can bring to individuals. Whether you want to change your inner dialogue or just recover faster after your workouts, we’ve got you covered with out cold plunge tanks!
